About
A short story of who runs this ministry and why it exists — kept short on purpose, because the point is the questions, not the person answering them.
It started with a question
[ADD YOUR STORY — two or three sentences about who you are and the question that started this.]
[ADD A SECOND PARAGRAPH: what you were doing before, and what made you start answering in public.]
The name is the whole idea. “That’s a good question” is what you say when someone asks the thing everyone else is thinking. Those questions are not interruptions to faith. They are usually where it gets real.
Why it exists
Because honest questions are often met with either a slogan or a shrug. We would like to do better than both: read the passage, say what it means, be clear about what is difficult, and point to Jesus rather than to ourselves.
Everything here is free to read and watch. The ministry is listener & viewer supported, and the creative services on this site are how the work is funded alongside that support.

A portrait, or a photo from a filming day.
How an answer gets made
- 01
Read the question properly
What is actually being asked? Usually it is not the same as the first sentence.
- 02
Go to the text
Read the passage in context, in more than one translation, before forming a view.
- 03
Say what is clear — and what isn’t
Some things are plain. Others are debated by serious Christians. Both get said out loud.
- 04
Leave room for correction
If an answer is wrong, it should be correctable. Send a note; it will be read.
What is held to
The historic Christian faith: that Scripture is the authority for faith and life, that salvation is God’s gift received by faith, and that Jesus is Lord.
Where Christians have historically disagreed, this site tries to say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Corrections, questions, or just a note
All three are welcome. Messages go to [OWNER EMAIL].
